These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TSS Franchise Business website located at https://www.tssfranchisebusiness.com/ (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by TSS Photography, Inc. and its affiliates (“CCS,” “TSS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Site is provided for informational and franchise recruitment purposes only.

  • Does not process ecommerce transactions.

  • Does not create a franchise relationship.

Nothing on this Site constitutes:

2. FRANCHISE OFFER DISCLOSURE

Franchise offerings are made only through a Franchise Disclosure Document (“FDD”) and only in compliance with applicable federal and state franchise laws.

Nothing on this Site shall constitute:

  • An offer to sell a franchise where registration is required and not yet completed.

  • A solicitation in any jurisdiction where such offer would be unlawful.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at ccssupport@candid.com.

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitration.

Either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TSS regarding use of this Site and supersede any prior agreements relating to the Site.
