Supporting Success in Southwest Texas

How a Visit to Laredo Showcased TSS’s Commitment to Franchisee Growth

At TSS Photography, we believe that true partnership goes beyond a phone call or an email. That’s why members of the TSS corporate team recently made the trip to Laredo, Texas, to connect face-to-face with our franchise owners at TSS Photography of Southwest Texas.

From the moment we touched down, our focus was simple: support, strategy, and solutions.

On the Ground with Our Franchise Partners

The visit was led by Jack Counts, President of TSS Photography, Steve Foisy, Director of Photography & Operations, and Garrett Davis, Success & Growth Manager. The first stop? A tour of the impressive local studio, where the team got a first-hand look at the operation and how it's serving the Laredo community.

This wasn’t just a meet-and-greet. We rolled up our sleeves and got to work.

  • Strategic Growth Conversations: Jack and the team sat down with the franchise owner to map out potential expansion projects and explore new opportunities in the region.

  • Sales Support in Action: Garrett hit the pavement, making sales calls and putting together a booking plan to generate more appointments. We even scheduled future meetings and private sessions to help boost local bookings.

  • Hands-On Tech Help: Steve worked extensively on-site to troubleshoot key technical challenges. And when the fix required deeper coordination, he brought the issue back to headquarters so our broader tech team could dive in. That’s the TSS way—persistent, resourceful, and always moving toward solutions.

Building More Than Business

Of course, no visit to Laredo would be complete without enjoying some authentic local cuisine. We shared great conversation (and some great Mexican food) while reflecting on everything we accomplished—and everything still to come.

A Franchise Network That Shows Up

This trip reminded us of one of the greatest strengths of the TSS Photography model: franchisees are never alone. Whether it’s technical support, sales strategy, or long-term business planning, our corporate team is here to help every owner succeed.

We’re proud of the work being done in Southwest Texas and even more excited about where this franchise is headed. Big things are happening in Laredo—and we’ll be there every step of the way.
