With Kim mentoring and leading by example, Justin is gaining first-hand experience in what it takes to run a thriving photography business.
The result? A perfectly balanced team—tradition meets innovation, with Kim’s leadership and Justin’s emerging skills creating new momentum. Together with Bob’s ongoing support and partnership, the trio has reignited their growth strategy and is reaching new milestones.
They also have an adorable side-hustle: The Joy Pathway! When they’re not capturing school, sport and event photos, they’re taking appointments for horse lessons and special youth pony sessions! Lessons are held on Fridays and Saturdays and start for children as young as three years old on their 5-acre ranch in Newberg. Talk about an extraordinary adventure!
