Independent Survey Shows Franchise Owners Are Highly Satisfied with TSS Photography’s Performance

Franchise Business Review, a national franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only rankings of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of top franchises in it’s annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, as well as in special reports throughout the year that rank the top franchises in specific sectors.
TSS Photography was among 125 franchise brands, representing over 11,000 franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research on low-cost franchises. TSS Photography’s franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training & support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.
The survey data showed the following:
TSS Photography franchisees are happy with their decision to join TSS. TSS received an overall satisfaction rating 5 points (or 7%) higher than the national benchmark satisfaction rating. TSS franchisees also like the direction the company is going. Franchisees rated TSS Leadership and Training & Support 6.8 points and 12.5 points higher than the national benchmark average respectively.
“We really believe in the franchise model. We have been in the photography business for over 40 years and find that there is wonderful sharing and support among those who share a brand. As the franchisor we are also very focused on using technology to reduce or eliminate work that typically needs to be done in an office after shoots.
